StoNail 3000 - Gantry nailing machine

This nailing machine is particularly suited to produce skids and squared timber pallets in various designs and sizes. The size of the machine can be chosen flexibly.

To produce small and large size pallets, the working area can be used both in normal and parallel mode. For the production of large pallets, the entire working area of the machine can be used. The nailing bridge is height-adjustable, so that box parts can also be manufactured.

• Robust frame construction with an inclination angle of 70° for ergonomic operation

  • 2 pcs. pallets: max. 2500 x 1700 mm
  • Option: Extension or shortening of the machine frame by 2000 mm or to the requirements of the customer.

  • Manually movable stops for lower woods, transverse and deck boards

• Frequency controlled nailing bridge for positioning of the nail guns
  • Equipped with 8 nailing units incl. actuating cylinder, nail holder, trigger and nail shoes for limitation of insertion depth
  • Manual nailing unit quick adjustment depending on the pallet format
  • Collision monitoring: The retraction of the actuating cylinder is constantly monitored
  • Start button directly on the nailing bridge

• Uniform nail holder for large and small nail guns
• Nail length max.: 90 mm (longer nails after consultation)
• Option: Nail guns equipped with Maxi-coil magazines for up to 1000 nails

Simple, intuitive programming. Before the first program start, the machine performs an automatic teach-in run to detect nail positions.
